ORDER PREPARATION - #VESPEREXPERIENCE

After your purchase, you will receive your first notification of order confirmation and from that point, we will be keeping you updated every step of your purchase.

Our operations team starts to prepare your order immediately after your confirmation email arrives. Vesper is a conscious fashion brand: the majority of the items are sewed in our atelier after the purchase. Our estimated order preparation is 24-48 hours and we will let you know when your order is finished. Shipping is organized the next day after the processing day.

SHIPPING AND TRANSIT TIMES

We process and ship the orders from our atelier in Milan, Italy to all around the world. Below, you can find all the detailed information related to our shipping tariffs and transit times

• Shipping to Italy - Free of charge, indicative transit time 2/3 working days

• Shipping in EU/UK - Free of charge, indicative transit time 3/4 working days
• Express Shipping in EU - 15€, indicative transit time 48 hours

• Free shipping to overseas - indicative transit time 2/3 weeks
• Express Shipping to overseas - 15€, indicative transit time 5/6 working days.

Transit times cannot be guaranteed during holidays and sales seasons.

Please fill out all the requested information correctly and complete it during check out so we can inform the shipping agent with the right information. We want your order to arrive at your home safe and sound.

TRACKING CODE

The final email that you will receive during your Vesper Experience is the tracking code of your purchase and your invoice related to that shipment.

Please get in touch with us at info@vesperboutique.com if you did not receive any information from us 72 hours after your purchase.

NON-EU SHIPMENTS

Any additional taxes or/and custom duties during import customs for international shipments might occur and they are under the customer's responsibility. Goods are of Italian Origin, and we will be sending them to you from Milan, Italy.
