RETURN PROCESS

If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days after the arrival of your order at info@vesperboutique.com.

Please provide us with your invoice number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer care team will check and review and guide you for the return process.

Returned items must be unused and inside of their original package. Unfortunately, items used, stained, damaged cannot be accepted as returned goods.

In case if you have purchased your order from any of our authorized digital or physical partners, please get in touch with them to manage the return process.

Due to hygiene reasons underwear, socks and swimwear cannot be returned.

Vesper designer collaborated limited-edition capsule collections that are hand-sewed exclusively for your beautiful body. For that reason, we, unfortunately, do not accept any returns or exchanges.

However, if the product has arrived damaged during shipment, please get in touch with us at info@vesperboutique.com our customer care team.

 

INCORRECT ORDERS

Do not forget, your order is sewed prepared, and packed by real people, in case of any human error, we accept our fault and take fast action to satisfy your request.
